As the Chief Marketing Officer for The Honest Company, Shannon brought her consumer-led approach to build and scale The Honest Life. Shannon realigned the mission of the Honest Company and its over 100 products in baby, beauty, personal home care, while guiding the digitally native business to a modern and measurable omnichannel consumer experience.

In her prior roles of 5 years within Dentsu Aegis Network Holding Company, as both Founder, CEO & President of The Story Lab and Chief Content Officer at Carat, she led the network to develop content products and services that leveraged data & insights, culture and brand in order to craft and implement scaled s
measurable omni-channel campaigns and experiences for the consumers that were most valuable to her Fortune 100 brand clients like GM, XBox, P&G, Fox, Microsoft, Mondelez, MasterCard, & Macy’s.
