Catherine is responsible for turning around beloved brands at companies including Nike, LinkedIn, and Unilever. From portfolio strategy to brand positioning to culturally-integrated marketing campaigns, she connects the dots between Marketing, Strategy, and BizOps and translates consumer insights into affinity-driving experiences. Catherine enjoys understanding new and different business models within CPG, retail, tech, and DTC to develop and execute GTM strategies that align purpose with profit. An engaging and empathetic leader, she builds trust and drives transformational change by meeting people and teams where they are to go on the journey together.
Catherine started her career in M&A and management consulting, where she helped consumer-focused companies with strategic and operational questions such as new market entry and brand acquisitions. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and MBA at Wharton.
