Dan has 20+ years of successfully creating and driving iconic brands through profitable customer growth and innovation. He has spent the majority of his tenure in B2C omnichannel business models focused on understanding the customer, strategically differentiating brands, and forging lasting customer relationships.
Currently, he is the CMO of Mansur Gavriel, a leather goods luxury brand, where he leads global marketing, communications, and e-Commerce.
Prior, Dan was SVP, Marketing, and Customer at J.Jill where he led an organizational rebranding initiative, oversaw all marketing activity and was a leadership team member for the company’s IPO. His leadership helped the company realize an increase of double-digit customer growth and positive online and same-store traffic in a changing retail environment.
Dan also served as SVP, Marketing for EXPRESS where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing. He started his career in marketing at Victoria’s Secret and served in various roles including Vice President, where he drove their social, community, and mobile strategies, and was the marketing lead in developing and launching various successful sub-brands.
His career started in advertising where he worked at Havas Communications and Resource Ammirati / IBMiX on various clients including Apple and P&G.
