Megan Campbell is Director of Community at Publicist, the online platform that allows brands and agencies to connect and hire premium, pre-vetted marketing talent. Megan’s experience lies in the commercial world and talent management. She is a leader in marketplaces and building communities.

Megan most recently served as Director of Talent and Management across UK and Europe at SMUGGLER London Ltd. One of the top global commercial production companies, with a roster of directors working across tv, film, music video, branded content and commercials. Prior to working at SMUGGLER, she was Talent Manager for the creative collective start up Working Not Working(acquired by Fiverr). Spearheading efforts to build their community across the US, UK, and Europe. Megan’s role included leading strategy for the acquisition and retention of creative talent for the global creative community. She has thrown and co-hosted creative mixers and series in different cities all over the world, some at well known festivals and events like AdWeek, Art Basel, Cannes Lions, SXSW and Tribeca FF.

Over the past 10 years Megan has worked alongside multiple creative production houses, representing talent and building online communities. She has vast knowledge within the creative industries across multiple territories, including the East and West coast of the US, the UK and Europe. Born and raised in Dublin and a graduate of Economics & Sociology at Trinity College.
