Agreeing to Proposals

Once you’ve Accepted an initial proposal request, you may chat, discuss rates, and request revisions from your WORK user. After everything is confirmed, click the ‘Agree & Hire’ button to move forward. A member of our team will generate the appropriate invoices and/or contract.

Tip - You can agree to multiple Proposals at once, and hire multiple people even for the same project or role should the role require more than one person.

Signing Contracts

You have the option to request a formal contract (SoW) from our team once you’ve clicked ‘Agree & Hire’. This can be signed on Publicist using our secure HelloSign integration.

Invoicing

Projects have invoices created automatically when Talent mark the proposal as 'Complete.'

When Proposals are marked as ‘Complete’ and both HIRE and WORK users have agreed to the Brief, invoice(s) will be created automatically.

For Fractional roles, a Publicist Account Manager will check in monthly to provide support, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure that invoices are processed smoothly.
