Finalizing Proposals

Once your proposal (or revised proposal) is submitted and the job poster clicks 'Agree,' you are hired!

Signing Contracts

You and the job poster have the option to request and e-sign an SoW with our HelloSign integration. Just message Publicist support to request.

Invoicing

Invoicing varies between Projects and Fractional roles:

  1. Projects - Invoices are created automatically when the client accepts and Talent marks the proposal as ‘Completed.’

  2. Fractional - Publicist account managers checks in monthly and creates invoices on behalf of talent.
